I lead global software and digital-transformation programmes, aligning distributed teams across time zones and delivery models (on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore), keeping budgets and schedules on track, and maintaining delivery quality. My focus is converting strategy into a pragmatic, prioritised roadmap, underpinned by clear outcomes, accountable governance, and active risk management—so decisions are timely, trade-offs are explicit, and progress is predictable.

My Excel skillset comes from two complementary streams:

1. Programme & Project Management
   I use data to drive decisions. I design and maintain portfolio dashboards; forecast and burn analysis; benefits tracking; risk/issue trend views; dependency heat-maps; and scenario models for steering committees. These artefacts make priorities transparent, support disciplined governance, and improve the quality and speed of decisions.
2. Continuous Improvement
   Excel—and VBA across Excel and Word—enables retrospective performance analysis and practical automation. I build PMO monitoring and analytics, automate status packs and RAID logs, generate consistent documentation, and create productivity tools for resource planning, pipeline visibility, and pre-sales estimation. The outcome is less manual effort, greater consistency, and faster, more reliable delivery.
